Strawberry Muffins

In high school one of my favorite teachers would make us blueberry muffins. To me they were the perfect muffin. The dough wasn't too sweet, letting the blueberry's natural sweetest take over. Just before graduating my teacher gave me her recipe, complete with baking pans and measuring tools. It had to be one of the sweetest gifts I've ever received. Below are Katie's lovely muffins, but made with fresh strawberries instead of blueberries. 

Once upon a time I was a biology major. I commonly used flow charts when writing out my notes. I have continued to use flow charts when writing out a recipe, as it is very quick to read when you have your hands full and you need to read the next step quickly.
