Loganberry Jam

The past several weeks I've be focused on a couple of projects so haven't had the opportunity to post anything new. I did manage to squeeze in making some fresh loganberry jam with a flat of berries I bought at Graysmarsh Berry Farm in Sequim. The jam is delicious spread on pipping hot bread, or a big dollop on Greek yogurt. 

I also made a berry crumble bar with the loganberries for a camping trip. Unfortunately, they were eaten before I had a chance to snap a photograph.
