A holiday in Banff

My husband and I just arrived back from a fantastic trip to Banff, Canada. We were primarily there to see the Banff Mountain Film Festival. It is hard to pick a favorite film, but if I had to choose, I'd pick The Crash Reel. The film is based on snowboarder Kevin Pearce. When we weren't at the film festival, we were out exploring Banff. I have so many photographs of the mountains. It was tough picking a couple to share. 

I love the moodiness of the skies in these photos. Seeing these mountains left both my husband and I wanting to see more of this area. I think we will back soon!

Right before I left for vacation I had a bunch of photo sessions that I would love to share here once I get caught up with my emails and editing. I'm also gearing up for the holiday season with mini sessions. I'll have more details to come shortly.
